Data processing and subprocessors — draft DPA

Roles and instructions
The accommodation operator normally controls guest and operating data. HOSTENO processes it to provide the service under documented instructions. Final parties, subject and data categories, purposes, duration and instructions must be completed in the DPA.
Security and assistance
The product enforces tenant separation, memberships and roles, property/unit scope, server authorization and audit. The DPA must address confidentiality, rights requests, incidents, audits, subprocessor changes, export/deletion on termination, backups and international transfers. This draft does not claim a completed legal audit or certification.
Provider register for verification
Vercel — hosting/runtime; Supabase — database, authentication and storage; Stripe — payment relationship depending on service; Resend — authorized email delivery. Other providers apply only when connected by an operation. Final entities, roles, regions and contracts must be verified before launch.
