Operator and contact
The intended commercial operator is MV Operations s.r.o., a company in formation. Final controller identity, registered office and registration details must be completed before commercial launch. Contact path: info@hosteno.cz.
Account, operations and billing
HOSTENO processes account, membership and operator details for registration, access security, trial, support and billing. Accommodation operators determine the purposes of processing their guest data; HOSTENO processor duties will be set out in a DPA. Passwords, tokens and payment-card details do not belong in analytics or support messages.
Website measurement
Optional visit and click measurement is off by default. After consent we record only an allowed event, public page, language and optionally the selected plan. We do not send email, form contents, arbitrary URL parameters or advertising identifiers. Change or withdraw consent on any page. Security and billing audit records are separate from marketing analytics.
Providers and transfers
The architecture uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for database and authentication; Stripe for payments and Resend for email require authorized configuration. Integrations do not connect automatically. Final contracting entities, regions, subprocessors and transfer safeguards require verification before launch.
Retention, export and rights
Trial expiry or a payment problem does not itself delete operating data. The account enters restricted mode. Contact your account administrator and support for authorized export, access, correction or deletion. Final retention periods, backups, legal exceptions, processing grounds and rights procedures require legal review. Supervisory authority: uoou.gov.cz.
