Service and subscription terms — draft

Self-service start
Choose a future plan, create an account, verify your email and create your operation. Registration and trial require no payment card. Accepting an invitation creates neither another operation nor another trial.
14 calendar days
A trial belongs to the operator and starts on server-confirmed activation, lasting 14 calendar days in the operation timezone. Its exact end appears in your account. All approved functionality is available without ordinary paid-plan restrictions; external integrations still require authorization and may have separate costs. Registering the same business again does not renew a consumed trial. Support can review uncertain eligibility.
Plans and activation
START: €59 / month · 1–2. PRO: €139 / month · up to 5. BUSINESS: €279 / month · up to 15. ENTERPRISE: from €519 / month · individual scope. Annual self-service SaaS pricing equals ten monthly payments. Selecting a future plan is neither payment nor subscription activation. Final tax and invoicing details require verification before paid launch.
Expiry and subscription changes
Reminders are prepared 7, 3 and 1 day before expiry and on expiry day. Without activation, ordinary operation is restricted; data, billing, support and account recovery remain available. Verified Stripe state confirms payment and activation, never a return URL. Cancellation at period end preserves access until the confirmed end. Check Billing for payment problems and any restriction date; verified recovery restores the correct plan. Renewal, termination and liability terms remain subject to legal approval.
Before commercial launch
Real charging is not active. It requires company registration, merchant verification, final legal terms and explicit production activation approval.
